I first started working with Toby’s Estate as a barista in 2003. I’ve been involved in every area of the business operations over the years including the development of the Espresso training school in Sydney before coming to Singapore to help with the set up of the Toby’s Estate Asian operation.

Toby’s Estate is the sort of company where one’s initiative does pay off. It is an innovative environment, continuously raising the bar of what is possible in the coffee industry. The Asian market is so dynamic and has welcomed us wholeheartedly. I am looking forward to being part of the development of the brand in Asia and maintain the feel, flavour and integrity of what Toby’s Estate stands for.
