Grind your coffee to produce 30g. For best results, freshly ground coffee is preferred. Aim for a coarse grind.
Discard excess water from French Press
Place French Press onto scales and tare.
Place 30g ground coffee into French Press. Tap to level out.
Tare scales and start timer.
Completely saturate coffee with 500g of water. Make sure there are no floating islands of dry coffee. If you have any dry coffee grounds remaining, stir until completely saturated.
Let brew for 5 minutes.
At 5 minutes, agitate cofee using paddle. Circuate around the edge 5 or 6 times.
Place lid on and plunge with gentle pressure.
Pour into your cup and enjoy your coffee!
