Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp matcha green tea powder
- 1 date pitted
- 1 espresso shot of Toby’s Estate Espresso Rico blend
- Blender
Step 1
Freshly grind 22g of Toby’s Estate Espresso Rico and brew one espresso shot.
Step 2
In a blender, combine all of the ingredients. Blend until the mixture is creamy and smooth. Pour into a reusable travel cup or drink right away.
