To maintain the optimum freshness we do not offer grinding service at this moment.

Yes, our coffee beans can be purchased at our retail location, subject to availability.

For the best quality, we recommend finishing your coffee within one month once you open it. The aroma and flavour of the beans will deteriorate if you use them any longer than necessary.

If using an espresso machine, you can make approximately 10-18 coffees from a 200g bag. If you are making coffee via a brew method, then the coffee quantity will depend on what type of brew method you are using and the size of your grind.

We strongly advise you to store the coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dry location. This will ensure that your coffee has a longer shelf life.

Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Singapore. However, we will be exploring international shipping options in the coming months. Sign up to our newsletter to stay up to date. 

We will process our orders on Mondays 2pm, please have your order in by then for same week delivery. You should receive your orders by Wednesday and no later than Friday. It is our intention that all orders will arrive within 2-4 business days from the process date unless notified otherwise. We aim to process and dispatch orders within the stated day and time, however in some cases dispatch may occur later from order, depending when we receive our coffee shipment. Toby’s Estate endeavours to bring you the freshest possible coffee every time.

Help! What should I do if I need coffee right now?

To the best of our abilities, we are here for you. Please let us know when you require coffee and we will:

  • Use our courier service to speed up your delivery (additional costs apply)
  • Make a GrabExpress same-day delivery (additional costs apply)
  • Self collection (subjected to our opening hours)

If you need your gift to arrive by a certain date, place your order at least 7 days ahead of time and leave us a note at checkout or contact us.

If you need your gift to arrive on a specific date, please contact us to schedule a Grab delivery for that day (additional costs apply)

If you are unable to order ahead of time or have any last-minute requests, please contact us to see if we are able to fulfil your order for self-collection or delivery via Grab (additional fees apply), provided that we have the specific coffee beans or equipment in stock.

Subscriptions

Coffee is dispatched every Monday day from our warehouse. 

Your first payment will be charged on the day you purchase your subscription, with subsequent payments followed weekly, every 2 weeks, or every 4 weeks depending on your subscription frequency.

There is TBC flat rate for shipping in Singapore for subscription orders valued under $50.00. All subscription orders valued over $50.00 will have free shipping. 
Yes. Simply log into your account and update your preferred frequency, coffee selection or size at any time.
Yes. Subscriptions make the perfect gift and all you need to do is fill out the recipient’s details in the Shipping information. 
Yes. Simply log into your account and place your subscription on hold. You can restart your subscription at any time.
Yes, you have the option to skip a delivery. Simply log into your account and choose the option to skip your next delivery. The subsequent delivery will process and be delivered as normal.
Simply log in to your Toby’s Estate account and cancel your existing subscription.

Cancellations & Returns

We do not accept cancellations once your order has been placed.

We will not be able to cancel and refund your order if it is shipped to the incorrect location due to an incorrect address provided. When checking out, please double check that all information is correct. If you require assistance after placing an order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

We do not accept returns due to the natural perishability of coffee.

Rest assured that your order will be subjected to thorough inspection and quality control before being shipped to you. If you have any problems with your order after receiving it, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
